When it comes to releasing and focusing on music to fall asleep to, I dare to say that no other label is better than RealMusic. They have continued to expand their already excellent catalogue of deep relaxation/sleep music.

Contrary to a view that the way to become relaxed and fall asleep is to empty the brain of all thought, becoming engaged with something specific is how we truly manage to stop the brain’s constant chatter; thus there is wisdom in the old adage of counting sheep, for that requires ongoing but relatively mindless attention. Much easier and more pleasurable than counting sheep, and undoubtedly more effective, is listening to this soothing and comforting music.
